Feed a Stray Pet Foundation is a small organization in East Africa that works to help stray dogs and other pets in their community. In the small country of Uganda, most dogs are free-roaming and congregate near the villages, relying on scraps. However, many Ugandan people view these dogs as pests and poisoning is a more than common occurrence. Feed a Stray Pet Foundation has built a small shelter to house injured or sick stray dogs they find.
